The newspaper collection was indeed VERY FUN though tiring.. But the bad news is.. didnt collected as much as i was expecting.. WHY? coz few days before us there were already Juying Sec doing the same thing. How SAD... but the gd news is the event raised $2700 not including the collection in sch.. and for Thailand team, their expenses is $0. Low cost high return.

I like the lunch time. haha. as pointed out by Shi Shi.. it really break back moments in Sabah. passing of items saying from angel to mortal.. and sitting in circle having lunch together.. just like how we do it in Sabah.. only dat here, we sit on the floor.. not on chair with table..

This event really teach me coordination skills.. haha.. coordinating 30+ students and at the same time coordinating with the BA CARES main comm.. but my phone bills sure rocket up. .haha.. the calling here and there.. Learnt some few lessons that is useful..

Looking forward to 10th June.. where we set up our business. But before that Preparation mode for 10th June and also common test. =)

hello... guess im a little late in blogging...

sorry... dun haf the habit of blogging only until rizal reminded me todae at the newspaper collection...

haha... so beginning wif happy hours... it was sheer fun... esp.. wif the dance... only took a day to learn and the group in fact performed very well on that day... getting together after so many weeks back from Sabah was fantastic... mixing around wif shi shi, amanda, shou lian, jia qi, rizal, siti, botak, oops i mean charmaine(kidding), jun wei, ursula, hu-ong, jason,mmm i tink tats all... really hoped ash, may, claire and tony were there... but they had lecture....

wooz... quite tired but still afresh... jus had a bathe...

becoz... i went wif the strangers i got to know in bonding camp, Singaproe and in Sabah, Kota Kinabula. THATS THE DIFF...

it was a hard day work today... i tink its more tiring than we were in Sabah... but all of this were for a good cause.. so its fine...

its was nice to work wif the group i was attached to... Adel.. Fashan... and one more girl.. a former IJ girl too... but i forgotten her name... sorry... the best thing was i realised Adel, Fashan and Me were previously from MI, no wonder i find Fashan so familiar... haha... so coincidental...

it was ytd that i also realised we are a very unique batch, 14 bA students + 4 FMS students + 1 mummy + 1 daddy = COOL serve sabah 06. how many serve teams have such a unique combi huh huh? *big smile*

Sorry for the late blogging...

Sabah trip was fun. The first few days in Kampong Kiau i felt that the time was passing so slowly as I was really not use to the living conditions and was also feeling homesick. There are so many unforgettable memories from this trip like living under one roof as a family, painting the mural, playing with the children at the carnival, teaching them how to play a recorder and the nights we spent under the vast starry sky. As the trip was coming to an end, i personally hoped that we could stay at Kampong Kiau for a longer period of time but of course it was impossible. From this trip I believe many of us made new friends and learnt to be more appreciative with what we have in Singapore. Hope there will a trip back to Kampong Kiau and visit the Kindergarten which by then would already be opened.

I had IT Law and Governence lecture juz nw. Mr Steven Lim mention Serve Sabah to create an example and i was reminded of our latest outing last Monday. Thus, i decided to write in...hehez...

The cycling at pulau ubin was fun...although it lasted only for 2 hrs++ still it was enjoyable and tiring too...Haiz~ my stamina is deteriorating...i'm getting fatter by day...:( muz excercise more!

Still, i'm quite sad coz we din have a full team dat day...i hope to see all in the next meet up...
we had an outdoor and perspiring activity on Labour day...i hope on Vesak day we can do an indoor activity...Ice-skating or bowling...;) Cool huh?
